1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the betjdb website accessible at https://betjdb.vu and all associated services, games, and features made available thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cashable incentive amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action described in Section 8 of these Terms that betjdb expressly forbids.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open an Account and use the betjdb Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. betjdb takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual natural person, acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by betjdb or voluntarily requested by you, that remains active.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

betjdb reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3. Account Management

Each Player may open and maintain only one Account on the Platform at any time. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If betjdb identifies duplicate Accounts, all such Accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and Balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. betjdb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify betjdb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

betjdb may, at its discretion, request identity verification documents (including a national ID card, passport, or utility bill) before processing any withdrawal or at any other time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by betjdb may result in Account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on betjdb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

betjdb reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, betjdb will notify the Player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, betjdb offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement of at least 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount, unless a different requirement is specified in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement is fully met.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonus balances will be forfeited at the end of the validity period without notice.
• betjdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, automated betting systems, or coordinated wagering with other players, constitutes Prohibited Activity and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• betjdb may, at its discretion, limit bonus eligibility to specific payment methods, game types, or Player segments.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the betjdb Platform, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, badminton, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

• All bets are accepted subject to the availability of markets and odds at the time of placement. betjdb reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without notice.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), betjdb reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether they have been confirmed as settled winners.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. betjdb accepts no responsibility for any delay between an event occurring and the Platform reflecting that event in live odds.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified for settlement purposes, bets may be voided and stakes returned, unless specific rules for the relevant sport or market state otherwise.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. The maximum bet amount per selection is determined by the market and may vary. betjdb reserves the right to impose individual bet limits at its sole discretion.

7. Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the betjdb Platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and all specialty games — operate under the following conditions:

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing conducted in licensed studios. betjdb does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, betjdb's server logs will determine the outcome of the interrupted round. The result recorded on betjdb's servers is final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before play commences. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing wagers.
• Game histories and transaction records are maintained by betjdb for a minimum of 12 months. Players may request a copy of their transaction history by contacting [email protected].

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjdb Platform:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotions.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, match fixing in sports markets, or coordinated exploitation of live dealer games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betjdb staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

betjdb is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. betjdb provides the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard at any time. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the Platform will require the Player to log out.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. betjdb implements SSL encryption and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the betjdb Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and the betjdb brand name and mark — is the exclusive property of betjdb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without the prior written consent of betjdb is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjdb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: (a) interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond betjdb's reasonable control; (b) errors in odds display or game results that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms; (c) delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; or (d) your own breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit betjdb's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

betjdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betjdb will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version took effect.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the betjdb Platform or these Terms, you are encouraged to contact betjdb's customer support team at [email protected] in the first instance. betjdb will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. betjdb's decision on all disputes relating to Account activity, game outcomes, and promotional terms shall be final, subject only to any rights you may have under mandatory applicable law.
